| Acoustic Jazz Quartett The "Acoustic Jazz Quartet" always puts on an audience-pleasing show-performing in diverse venues such as the Jazz Spring Neubrandenburg, the Europhonics Jazz Festival in Dortmund on the Müritz, the Jazz Days in Unna, Jazz Festival Wiehl and Art in the Courtyard in Hemer. The "Acoustic Jazz Quartett" is made up of four creative artists who share a passion for their music, demonstrated by their playful interpretations of standard and original compositions. They present an entire palette of jazz colors, performing with a distinctive and lively sound including swing, bossa nova, limbo and tango-an abundance of musical styles rich in tone and quality.
Felix Krampen, a guitarist from Hemer, plays convincingly in styles ranging from classical to jazz and pop music. Ralf Bornowski, percussion and drums, has, developed a sensitive style that is linked to world music but rooted in jazz. His playing is influenced by European, African and South American structures. The result is a fusion that crosses the boundaries between musical styles with grace and imagination. |

When the "Acoustic Jazz Quartett" was still a trio, they met Dimitriy Telemanov and became a quartet. Dimitriy Telemanov received a classical education from the Music Academy in Odessa and then studied jazz at the Folkwang School in Essen. He has mastered the entire range of dynamic nuances from neck-breaking virtuosity to enchanting and lyrical lines. The bass player, Uli Baer, born in Hemer, studied in Dortmund, Münster and Hamburg and is known for his versatility. Most recently, he played with his band, Colours of Jazz, in the NRW Improvises festival.
The cover band "the hot rockets", is an international and professional group that plays the best rock hits from the 70's!
